Food & Beverage
Part-Time Internship | 30–40 per week
Gain practical hands-on experience within one of RedWater’s front of house operations with our Food & Beverage Internship Program.
Receive on-the-job training for all entry level food & beverage positions and basic supervisory duties within the specific food and beverage location. This opportunity provides experience in greeting, serving, bartending, event serving and set up, expo work, basic opening, and closing supervisory duties. This will prepare you with a sound basis for a future hospitality career, especially for those interested in overall food & beverage operations.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for serving both associates and guests. You will utilize and strengthen your written and oral communication skills and represent RedWater to fellow employees and guests with utmost professionalism.
Culinary
Part-Time Internship | 30–40 per week
Gain practical hands-on experience within one of RedWater’s kitchen operations with our Culinary Internship Program.
Receive on-the-job training for all entry level Culinary positions and basic supervisory duties within the specific food and beverage location. This opportunity provides experience in cooking and prep work in all areas of specific kitchen operations and set up, expo work, basic opening, and closing supervisory duties. This will prepare you with a sound basis for a future hospitality career, especially for those interested in overall Culinary operations.

Event Management
Part-Time Internship | 30–40 per week
Gain practical hands-on experience with RedWater’s Event Sales or Event Operations. Receive practical on-the-job training which spans event venue management:
- Level One Event Operations: Provides hands-on experience in client management and event execution.
- Level Two Event Sales: Spans everything from event planning and sales. This will prepare you with a sound basis for a future hospitality career, especially for those interested in the wedding industry. *Applicants must have successfully completed RedWater’s Level One Event Operations Internship or have completed a similar type of internship in order to qualify for the Event Sales Internship.
